Important Notes for Registration:

• New Membership Required: All participants must purchase a new membership. The fee is $58 ($45 GymBC and $13 Flicka membership fee). This fee will be automatically added to your cart during registration.

• One Account Per Child: Please do not create multiple accounts for the same child, as this may result in duplicate membership charges. If this occurs, you will need to contact Gymnastics BC directly for a refund, as these fees are collected by Flicka on their behalf and forwarded to GBC after collection.

• Policies to Review: During checkout, you will be required to review and sign multiple policies. You will have 12 hours to complete checkout, giving you plenty of time to read and accept all policies. Please note that if our system detects more than 12 hours of inactivity in your browser, your registration spots will no longer be reserved and you will need to begin again.

• Payment & Completion: Registration is only confirmed once full payment is received. Unpaid carts will be emptied and registrations cancelled after 12 hours.

• For Current Summer Session Participants: No report cards will be issued, as the summer is a very short session. Please register for the same level for the fall session unless your child’s coach advises otherwise.

• Date of Birth: Please ensure that you only register your child with the correct date of birth, in the correct level. Flicka reserves the right to cancel any registration where incorrect date of birth is discovered.
